Our products are only manufactured after an order has been placed, which avoids overproduction and unnecessary stock. Our products are manufactured in specialized production facilities located as close as possible to the end customer. Depending on the country of order, production therefore takes place at different production sites, including within the EU, in the UK, or in the USA. This allows us to shorten delivery routes, optimize delivery times, and avoid unnecessary transport.
⏳ How long does shipping take?
Typically, delivery time is 7–9 days. Since each product is individually manufactured upon order, production takes some time before shipping. This ensures that each item is carefully processed and inspected. In individual cases, minor delays may occur due to high capacity utilization or external shipping factors. Once shipped, you will, of course, receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.
🧼 How do I care for my unworn clothes?
We recommend washing the clothing at 30°C inside out to protect the material and print. Please avoid bleach and high washing temperatures, as these can affect the quality.
🔥 Can I put my unwoked clothes in the dryer?
We recommend not tumble drying the garment, as heat can damage both the material and the print. The gentlest method is to air dry the textiles to maintain their fit and quality.
